About Us

George and I have been together for 31 years and have been collecting the rusty, vintage and other western memorabilia from the beginning!  George and I both retired from the Nevada Air National Guard, with George serving 26 years, and I serving 20, and with our retirement, we do our trash business and started helping our friends with gathering and working cows.    

We are members of the Reno Rodeo, here in Reno, NV where I ride my horse on the flag team and George is a judge on the BSD and an usher.

We opened a store in Virginia city, right on main street, which has been a dream for us for quite some time... that dream became a reality, and the store has items that we make as well as retail...  The items I have found on old ranches or homesteads, and sometimes I go to our antiques store that has many items from our local ranches because the kids don't want them... many items are from old homesteads when I'm on a pick or gathering.  The store is full of handmade unique items – most having been repurposed and reimagined from items found on old ranches, homesteads, and even a few local antique shops. I am a self-proclaimed “professional picker and gatherer”.  We also carry retail items, t-shirts, jewelry, honey, purses, rifle cases, unique, and so much more.

We have old decor in our home, in the yard, at the Virginia City store, and because we have so much, we can now offer to rent it out for your next event.  While some of our pieces already have a home, we get to go find more and continue to add to our vast inventory!  We want to extend our inventory to you for your "special day (wedding)', awards dinner, banquets, conferences, parties, announcements, and so much more...!
